The receptionist and nurses are lovely HOWEVER the VETs are unexperienced and do not know what they are doing. Had to put down my 3 year old cat because the vet who saw my Leo misdiagnosed him as well as giving him the wrong medication and food. This led to my cats health deteriorating really bad within 3 days to the point where he had to be put down. Leo was diagnosed with a porto-systemic shunt by one of the vets at vets4pets back in May 2020. The vet recommended him to be on long term medication as well as a hepatic diet (special food). Leos health was up and down for 3 years due to this condition they said he had. Fast forward to a month and half ago, I took Leo into the vets as he had an eye infection, to which they prescribed eye drops - but the vet also looked at leos file and claimed he thinks Leo was misdiagnosed and that I should stop his medication and put him on wet food. I listened to the vet and within 3 days my baby got so so ill to the point he wasn't able to move. I took Leo back to the vets and the decision was made to put him down as his health had deteriorated so much and he was in a lot of pain and the vet said there isn't much we can do and they also said they dont think his body can withstand any more treatment. I will never forgive the vet who saw Leo and misdiagnosed him and caused this heart break, I just wish my baby never suffered and never experienced any pain

Normally Ive never had any issues with my local vets , as a cat mum , my cat hates going in to her carrier , so it does take time , but today I was 15 minutes late , after speaking to the assistant, and because I did make a fuss , because my cats left eye has been a little red , I waited 40 minutes because they agreed to see her , but than the vet comes out and refused to see my fur baby , if theyre so committed to animals and care for them , they would have got her seen , Im utterly disappointed with there so called service , not a happy customer,
