I can only share my experience Im a local small business and own avan, to save the manual labour loading and unloading I called this company as I wanted a tail lift van and a few bits of information and to clarify - - Collection point as the google address and website address was different, apparently paperwork at one place collect from a few miles down the road - Documents needed, only licence - Was told cash only so I asked if they could do a receipt and if they were VAT registered - Told the lady I need van a couple of times a month to collect stock 2 x 300kg pallets Very rude lady told me she doesnt like me asking so many questions and told me to go somewhere else to hire, she added last time someone hired their van and put heavy items in it snappedI have been driving vans for 20+ years never had one snap on me Anyways wish these luck, Im hoping this was a one off but reading the reviews gives me the impression this company doesnt respect their customers 15 more got a brand new van from Enterprise hopefully this wont be a cut and shunt and snap on me with 600kg in the back.
