    Don't ever get your car serviced by them, they don't provide a quote and will rip you off Also have no timing and difficult to get hold of when you want an update - I sent my car in for an alternator replacement which is a walk in the park for a mechanic with the shop and tools and he had my car for over a week! On top of that I'm pretty sure he just got it refurbished rather than putting a new alternator in like he claimed (no receipt of course of parts bought) Stay away!

    Dont buy a car from here they sell faulty cars bought a car a while back now just thought Id leave a review it had a lot of electrical faults and these people dont do anything about it super rude I also know of someone who bought a car from them and the lights fell out lol what sort of company is this

    I purchased a vehicle on the 7th July 2021. Prior to picking the car up it was agreed that the car would come with (20) petrol as I would be driving the vehicle 55 miles home. When leaving the car I was told by another person at the garage there is no petrol in the tank. He then gave me 20 cash to put petrol in myself. Not the end of the world but would have expected better. When I picked up the vehicle I was also told by the salesman that they would put in an application for a new logbook in my name on the day or shortly after. On the 30th July (nearly three weeks later) I had not received a new logbook, I therefore phoned the salesman for an update. After several calls went unanswered he phoned me back saying he needs to ask a colleague about the logbook application, and would phone me back later that day. He didnt phone me back, so I phoned again and was told he would one hundred percent phone me back. After waiting all afternoon and early evening I didnt receive a call back. I then called again the following day on the 31st and was told by a colleague of the salesman that he did put in an application for a new logbook in shortly after I picked up the vehicle on the 7th July. He told me he would check with the DVLA for an update on the 2nd August and would phone me back on that day to give me an update. No call was received on the 2nd August. On the 3rd August I phoned the DVLA myself and they said an online application was put in on the 2nd August. I was therefore told a lie by the salesmans colleague on the 31st when an application was made on/shortly after the 7th July. I phoned the garage on the 4th August and asked for an update to see if they would admit to not putting an application around the 7th July. I was instead simply told I would receive a new log book in the post today or tomorrow. I explicitly asked when the application was put in and was again told it was done a few days after the 7th July. After being lied to again I said I checked with the DVLA myself yesterday and they said an online application was put in the day before. I told the salesman you have told me lie after lie regarding new logbook application, he apologised and said there was nothing he could do. Terrible customer service! I hope not have anything to do with them again!
