When I first called to enquire about a car, spoke with Imran informing him I'm coming from a long way to see it he said "you can see it if you're coming to buy it" isn't that the intention when one goes to look at a car? That was a put off from the start. As we were in the area we went anyway. Went to see the car and straight away Imran was wishy-washy with the information about the car. Kept trying to push me to buy it straight away without a test drive. Car showed obvious signs of issues - and he kept avoiding talking about it. I told him I need to think about it as I have other cars to see to finalise, that's when he got really bitter - even though I told him this from the start. Had to ask several times to take the car out for a test drive as we came from a long way. But he didn't want to, just wanted us to buy it there and then. Eventually when we did manage to drive the car it was very short and quick. I guess he didn't want us to pick up on anything else. That attitude is a red flag. I've never dealt with a seller who doesn't offer a test drive - this reluctant attitude spoke volume of his ill intention. He is a text book dodgy car dealer, air headed and arrogant. I can see some unfortunate people have bought from this guy and regretted. Worst customer service ever. This guy won't be able to sell a cheeseburger at McDonald's with his nasty attitude. All the best to anyone who encounters this sorry excuse of a man.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER! By the time I got home from the dealership I had noticed three flaws with the car: it had faulty tyre pressure sensors, the blowers had stopped working and it was juddering on the motorway (it needed its wheels balancing). The cruise control also does not work. On arrival home I realised that the key was faulty and would not unlock the car. The passenger side door also has a temperamental lock. I had the car health checked a week after buying the car and was informed the car needs new rear brakes and has a CV boot leak. All of this in a car that was sold as 'mint' condition. We contacted the seller to request repairs (including evidence from garages that the repairs needed to be done), he was very evasive and didn't respond to anything in writing, we had to keep phoning him (which is a very unpleasant experience). This has been going on for well over a month now. We have offered to get the repairs done ourselves and invoice him for some of the cost, but we have received no reply. I have been concerned about the validity of the MOT (after reading some of the other reviews) that the car received in August. I have recently had an emissions test done and it failed! It has only done about 400 miles since it passed its MOT with 'no advisories'. DO NOT buy a car from this man, he acts charming in person, but as soon as he has sold you a dodgy car he provides no after sale service at all.

Happy chap. Has great knowledge of the vehicles in stock. Straightforward process with no hassle or pressure. Really friendly, would definitely recommend smart motoring solutions as well as go back to them again!

Deceitful, disgraceful service. Clever at hiding major flaws with the vehicle and putting on a friendly face up to the purchase. After purchasing the car he became hostile and evasive when issues were raised despite my attempts to be civil. Do NOT buy from this man as you will be scammed and forced to go through the trauma of having a dangerous vehicle with no options to resolve them as he will not respond to any calls, emails or texts.
