Trade Van Centre Limited

I had been looking for a while to find the right van, looked at several on line but none ticked all the boxes, trying to find an automatic to the spec I wanted was not easy, then came across Trade Van Centre on Autotrader, sent a message on a Sunday afternoon and got a reply same day despite being closed. As I am over 150 miles away but my son lives in Leicester, Sid took the van round to my son for a test drive and viewing on the Monday and a deal was done over the phone including part exchange of my existing van. I went down to Leicester on the Friday and collected the van, it was and is spot on, after having the van now for a month I can say that the service from initial contact to the after sales from all has been exceptional and if I am ever looking again for a replacement van Trade Van Centre will be my first call, from the service I have received I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Great service, Rav could not have been more helpful!! So polite and friendly, it made our experience of buying our first Ford Transit Custom Van a positive one! Would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to call this Trade Centre!

Five star service from Rav and his team, I saw a van they were selling on Autotrader, made contact and Rav send me very detailed walk around videos. Rav offered a great part-exchange on my old van and arranged to have the new van delivered to me in London. I am also changing my other van for a newer van and have left it with Rav to source me another replacement. Highly reccommend these guys.

Done a deal over the phone to buy a van they accepted but tryed ringing them the next day but did not pick up the phone then used my wife phone and got an answer told it was sold but they did not have the balls to ring me to let me know what they should have done is gone home and told there wife to ring for them
