        I bought a BMW 740Lx xDrive from this garage on 26.01.2023 (30.000 gbp). I reached my house about 2 hours after I bought the car. When I went to the car in the morning, I noticed that the left rear suspension was not working. When I sent the guy the pictures and called back, he just said no problem while I had the car. And he didn't care in any way. Perhaps I was mistaken so I went to a BMW specialist and get confirmation of the problem. And when I sent these documents to the man, he shouted and hung up. Today is the 12th day since I bought the car and I can't use the car, it is waiting in front of my house. If there is a problem with the car, he will never help you and will be rude. This will not end here, don't worry, no matter how much it costs, I will go to court and teach you(rude guy) a lesson. If you are a car dealer in the UK you have some responsibilities. And you can find these responsibilities here "Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015" So, If you have a problem within 1 month of purchasing a vehicle, you can return it directly with a full refund.
