Trading standards, and small claims in progress, car delivered with air bag warning lights on, poor starting and broken radio, car failed to start, had to haggle for refund of a battery, no sight still of warranty wise gold, now refusing to respond, poor after sales service, 3008 very comfy, but faults I pay for,30 Bradgate Street LE4Dpq

I Brought a car of them end of last year I've had nothing but trouble I've spent 1200 on it and it's still not right, me and my husband have left constant messages some 3 times a day for over a week and no reply very frustrating avoid at all costs. Awful experience I've been right ripped off and stuck with a car that's not driveable!!!!!!

worst aftersales ever- car delivered with major faults- they repaired the air bag failure only - poor starter- radio pixcels damaged- never seen the warranty wise documents as agreed ( gold at 6 mths) taking to trading standards- and small claims to get my money back for repairs- yes they paid for a battery but only because I pressed them too- RAC doc showed battery below level- this is all after their 100 point pre delivery checks made- " air bag warning lights on" radio did not work, poor starting from cold- I asked for a full refund- told don't do refunds- even after week 1 of asking- TS seem to think I have a claim so helping me with small claims- the 3008 is a comfortable car to drive if all well with the car- lost patience with carmax ltd Broadgate Street LE40AW.
