Claimed they got me a job when they were actually hindering my ability to do so by dragging me in constantly. We're well aware that the government pays a ridiculous amount of money for their remedial courses for those who attend. On 3 occasions I was summoned to attend for their basic English and Maths tests. Terrible organisation that is a waste of tax payer's money. An organisation that is insentivised to not get you a job in order to claim money from the government for your attendance...
