The accountancy practice I work for have been dealing with Mercia for many years. hard work. emailed for details as not a customer. had a phone message with promise of email. no email. phoned again a few days later, got cut off by their system. phoned again, they had a computer issue and promised a call back - did not call. I Phoned again, finally spoke to someone and asked to buy a product - couldn't do over phone with card, had to open an account. Three days later I have an account but the documentation will not open - I have emailed support twice and still not had a proper reply and this is day 2. another email sent. shocking back office systems and customer care.
