        I ended up here by accident when I got on the wrong train. Two lovely gentlemen helped me calm down while I was panicking and helped me get back towards Leamington Spa (where I was supposed to be going). Adam even sat me in first class where it was quiet so I could relax and he let the conductor know and asked him to remind me of what stop I needed to get off at. I didn't get the name of the other man but he was so kind, they both were brilliant. If you ever end up here by accident, don't you stress. Thank you so so much guys.

        Good range of train services - some are very busy. Helpful staff. Several places for drinks and other refreshments - all OK. Bus stops on London Road especially going in to the city centre could be better situated.
