This company use to be good but for some reason they have turned out to be one of the worst, some of the drivers are extremely rude. We won't book ever again. Don't book if u don't want this problem. And FYI you do NOT deserve a 1 star! What happened to once a decent company with nice friendly drivers? I think you need to re-employ better driver's!

Was told to wait 45mins to an hour for a taxi that would allow a medium sized dog (staff size) sends a taxi out only to be for disability use and cant allow dogs in. Taxi driver sends me another drivers number that said over the phone they will allow my dog. I rang the second driver as the first driver drove off, driver tells me he cant allow and boss said no. I ring the boss while still on speaker to the driver told him what the other 2 drivers had said and cant do but say they can do, leaving the boss unpleasant and having to drop me and my dog to the location. Very poor customer service and poor management of taxi service, rude drivers very argumentative. Company has gone down hill big time!!
