Booked a taxi well in advance to collect our son at 10pm after the football. Received a call at 9:30pm to say they wouldnt be doing the pick up. Left us in a complete mess as understandably everywhere was booked. Luckily Uber were extremely reliable as always. I wanted to book in advance with a local company as it was our sons first time in a taxi on his own. Lesson learnt. We did explain to ADT the situation when they called to cancel, but they couldnt have less.

Absolutely rubbish would never use this firm, I booked a taxi, for 3pm, to get my elderly father to the hospital, , at 3.15 I called to ask where it was, they said it was 5 mins away, at 3.30 I called again, as nothing had turned up, I then called another firm who sent a taxi imediately,, my father was very stressed, at 4.10 they called to ask whether I still needed the taxi, an hour and ten mins late will never use them again

Asked them to pick my Grandad up at 3 so he could attend his hospital appointment. They kept telling me they were 5 mins away but they never showed up. He missed his appointment and then had to be rushed in days later as he needed to be seen by his doctor. This is an awful company that nearly KILLED my Grandad due to their lies and incompetence. If they couldn't make the taxi I booked call me to cancel it and don't tell me its 5 minutes away when it's not! Never use this service! Will also be posting this review on Wigston Taxi's page as they are the same company! Beware!
