        How can your driver want money for a job he didn't do? Mistakes happen .. He asked for the full price of 100 "Because he lost full day job". Disgusting.

        Excellent service by Direct Cabs for a return trip to Birmingham Airport, at a competitive price, our return flight got in at 02:35 and we were worried that the taxi wouldnt turn up. We need not have worried, waiting to get our cases and the phone rang giving us instructions and the registration number of our car! Perfect! Wouldnt hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone.
