The Tack Shack

I recently bought some Dublin yard boots and its many a long day since l've received such good service. I contacted them about 4 times in all and they responded quickly and resolved the querie immediately. They even helped with sizing for me. Dpd were a waste of space and they re sent my boots via another company....through no fault of Tack shack ( based in frog island,Leicester) They were delivered by fed ex the next day and l was over the moon. My boots were fabulous quality, they were packaged really substantially and beautifully and l even receivedthe a free pair of cute pink socks inside the box. It was like an early christmas present. Can't thank them enough and would recommend 100% Let me say this...l think the poor reviews people have given on here have not done their research properly andvhave mistaken them for a similar named company so please check these guys out...you won't be disappointed.

Customer Service at this genuine Tack Shack is excellent. I am one of the many customers that confused this store with the ebay store. They are not the same shop at all and the lovely staff here pointed me back to ebay to resolve my query. It was very helpful and quick response. Thank you.

Had to chase them up myself 10 days later when I received no email regarding shipment. Was told at this point that the boots were not actually in stock and had been discontinued by the manufacturer. They are still on the website as I type this. Was told that the manufacturer's offices closed at 12:30 when voicemail clearly states 13:00. Also, I was able to get through myself each time I called them despite being told that they were hard to get hold of. Was offered a "cost price" reduction on a price of alternative boots for 65 only to find out later that the manufacturer was actually selling them for 45. This company is incompetent, shady and a headache to deal with.
