I would not even give it 1 star. Possibly the worst surgery I have come across. No care or considration for patients and not hearing what the patient is actually saying. And saying things like "you don't need these tests doing because I am more educated and I am a doctor you don't no anything". And when the test results came with defiencies the doctor denying he said anything like that. Seriously pathetic doctors as well as the receptionists there how hard is it for you guys to smile. Further to the below response and an update from 8/01/23 Hi all, please do yourselves a favour and do not pick this surgery at all! A NAME CHANGES NOTHING! As you all know this was Ar Razi Medical Centre, and now Willows Health. Well the doctors and the reception staff are all the same. My mum was removed from her long standing surgery and she chose this one as its under new management. And we all like to give chances. The doctor who seen my mum, never looked in detail at my mums past record and how vulnerable my mum is or anything. All she cared about was how soon my mum would leave. My mum only recently was relased from hospital, and guidance was that if the symptoms persist to go to Gp for more antibiotics. But this doctors clinical opinion was, you don't need anything. You look good, you are breathing in other words! Said no for blood test, said no for chest x ray and no for further antibiotics! We then called 111 and went to Saffron Lane - lovely doctor was appalled after learning my mum was brushed off without further medication. He prescribed antibiotics and advised my mum to find a better surgery. It's appalling, your incorrect clinical opinion can cause serious damage to someone's life. My has been through alot and your neglect could have caused her to be hospitalisd once again. You should be shut down permanently!

Unfortunately there is no zero to rate the clinic, the worst clinic so ever,actually it is ar-razi medical center, but they lied on google map and wrote that it is closed to prevent the bad reviews and wrote this name instead " circumcision solutions " you can visit "ar-razi medical center your self in the same spot on maps, you will find 27 reviews , 10 of them are 5 stars and all the other 17 reviews are one star , no 2, 3 or 4 stars at all which means that as anyone can understand they and their relatives rated themselves 5 stars and all patients gave them the worst rating. so they claimed that the clinic is closed to stop rating. Now there is a new administration and I hope they open rating and do something good to this so bad clinic.

Dr Vania, is a terrable GP. After hearing how bad he was i still gave him the benefit of doubt and joined the practice. After receiving shocking bad and rude healthcare i decided to leave and go to evington medical center. Doctors there have already shown me alot of respect and the level of service is a million times better. I wouldn't even recommend my worse enemy to join the practice. Peace

Since the new structure within the business, the quality of service is outstanding. Actions get dealt with without delay and we feel comfortable to contact the GP to speak to any member of staff as they are all friendly, polite and helpful. The Ark Care Lodge
