The skinny young lad in the shop is very rude, no good customer service. I stopped buying from the shop the day he talked rudely to me.

Very irresponsible owners that signed up to be dpd collection point and the stay closed ,dpd have no chance to leave parcels and instead giving other delivery option just return parcel to sender!!!! Who is going to take responsibility for the mess i was thrown into?!!! Can't even express my frustration, can't believe that store still exists with management like that!!!
