Josie provides excellent sports massage therapy. I have lower back pain and Josie has a great understanding of the human anatomy to be able to identify where exactly to provide the treatments. She uses a variety of tools to find the most effective ways to get deep and alleviate the pain. She has a passion in massaging and it shows with her determination and enthusiasm to help her clients. Highly recommended!

WOW,never felt better after a visit to shergills sport's massage. Went with massive lower back pain,explained what the problem was and she knew exactly what to do and was very accommodating to my needs. Can't emphasise enough on how good she was and would recommend her to anyone, thanks again.

The best and most effective sports massage I've ever had! I've had many massages, some of them assist with problems to a small degree. However when I went to Josie my back felt terrible, I couldn't even lift a 5kg weight. After leaving I felt like I could have competed in the Olympics. As well as being technically brilliant Josie had a fantastic energy which made the whole experience far more pleasant, even during painful moments of the therapy.

Josie was extremely professional and thorough from the outset. She discussed any problem areas and what she would be doing very well. The sports massage was exactly the way I wanted and I would definitely recommend. She knows her stuff!!
