Came to her as I was recommended by a colleague, she understood the issues I had straightaway and cracked on working on it. She is easy going and very knowledgeable, highly recommend. Also, very aesthetic place.

First time to see Kavina really friendly. Took time to chat about whats the issue which os my shoulder and my neck. She them gave me a good massage and stretch of the traps and neck area which was painful but it was doing me good. Defo be popping in soon ma yvthanks Kavina. Been to others and they left me with a lot of pain. Highly recommended

Been to see Kavina. Who is very knowledgeable and friendly. She assessed my lower back pain and carried out a gate analysis and many other tests to find the route cause. Together we set up a treatment plan which included strength, mobility and stretching. She also carried out cupping to relieve tension in my legs and a deep tissue massage. I would highly recommend The Therapy Lab UK.
