Been going to sl body dynamics for a few weeks now, been having a few problem with my back for many years. Honestly I can not thanks Stephen enough for what hes done!!!!! Such a helpful guy and knows his stuff. If you dont believe me get yourself booked in!

I have been having massages for awhile now but nothing like the experience I had with Stephen. He is at another level completely. He is extremely thorough & knowledgeable while being friendly & funny too. The whole experience was eye opening & I wish I had found Stephen years ago. His passion & enthusiasm is unravelled. He goes beyond just a massage & diligently works to find out the areas that need the most help first. Everyone should have at least 1 appointment just to see for themselves. Can't recommend Stephen enough.

I visited Stephen for an ongoing painful knee problem, the assessment Stephen carried out identified a problem with my hamstrings, after just a few intensive treatment sessions I am pleased to say the issue is gone and I am pain free. I cannot recommend Stephen enough, he is professional, experienced and extremley passionate in working to resolve the issues you go with - Thank you Stephen!

I've been going weekly to Stephen for the last few months and only ever had 10/10 experience. He's professional, thorough and excels at his work. Friendly and passionate always willing to share his knowledge. My movement and pain has reduced 99% since seeing Sephen would 100% recommend! I swear this guy is magic
