    Nice store, plenty of choice to look at sofas and others. Staff are polite and respectful as well. Pricing is okay, if you want to have it delivered.

    Ordered sofas in September for guaranteed Christmas delivery, sofa was delayed and arrived after Christmas, the sofas had different coloured feet and one of the cushions had red marks on. Called sofology straight away and waited for someone to get the marks out 4 weeks later and to change the feet, they confirmed it looked like blood stains, I am still waiting for a replacement cushion cover and requested a refund however 5 emails have been ignored and I am not convinced that any replacement has been ordered. Appalling customer service, would not recommend sofology and will not purchase from there again. Very disappointed.

    Some of the sofas in here are really very cool, some are very comfortable and some are not for me. The choice is excellent. The price range is a bit higher than the other furniture stores on the same retail park, but the staff are brilliant. We went in and spent nearly 2 hours in here before buying a sofa, armchair, footstool and some extras. The sales staff never pushed anything on us, were happy to email details of the sofas to us when we said we wouldn't be buying that day and answered every question we had courteously and with no rush to get to other customers in store. We ended up buying in here because we found a sofa we really liked and the sales staff clinched it for us. Alfie was our main sales member and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with and a credit to the brand as a whole.

    Absolutely disgusting service from Sofology! Went into the shop around 10 weeks ago and purchased the cricket 4 seater sofa and chair and the sales assistant who calls himself "happy" could not have been anymore smiley and helpful! Once you have placed the order however is where the problems start! The sofa after 8 weeks was booked for delivery and it was coming today. The delivery guy rings me and tells me we will deliver your sofa today but do you know your chair isn't here... Just the sofa!! I called sofology customer service straight the way and the call the warehouse and it turns out that apparently the chair is definitely on the lorry and that the chair arrived in the warehouse at the same time so it's definitely on the van. The driver turned up and insisted it wasn't and he was quite abrupt and dismissive towards my partner. We then noticed the sofa looked small and it turns out they tried to deliver a 3 seater rather the 4 seater we ordered!! We refused the delivery got back on the phone to CS. They call the warehouse again and this time tell me the chair is still with the supplier and was not at the warehouse and confirmed the supplier had sent a 3 seater! After this I spent hours on the phone on numerous phone calls to numerous people trying to sort this mess out. Eventually they offered me 500 compensation but they had to create a new order which now means I have another 8 week wait at least! And what happens if it all goes wrong again!? Another 8 week wait!? Even if it does arrive I pray to God that there are no issues with it! I cannot understand how they can get it so wrong! There are so many bad reviews for sofology and I wish I had read them before purchasing which seems to a common thing said in lots of reviews for them. It's absolute incompetence and I would definitely recommend you avoid sofology at all costs!
