Sam and Olly do a fantastic job managing my short term accommodation. Over the last year, and even through lockdown they have earned me much more income - sometimes over double the income than if I'd gone down the traditional tenancy route. They are very responsive in communications with me, and importantly with the guests through Airbnb and booking.com, and I'm Your Host has great reviews on both platforms.

We have worked alongside Sam and Olly for a number of years now. To say that are reasonable and responsible people to work with is an understatement. They endeavour to ensure all parties are happy after each short term let from the occupant, to the land lord, to ourselves the cleaners they truly make the effort. Properties are looked after and any issues are dealt with quickly and to avoid standard. They even go as far as to make you feel like a part of the "I'm Your Host" family and are understanding when your family may need to take priority S a small family run business. Absolutely fantastic company. So if you have a property you are considering renting talk to them they have so much knowledge about the short term rental sector that they will hopefully convince you to join the "family".

Sam and Ollie are great guys. Very knowledgeable and experienced in ensuring you get the most income out of the property whilst also providing excellent service. They are always available to answer any questions. Highly recommend them.
