        Booked for a night. Got the keys and opened the door only to find that someone else was living in the room and that all their stuff was there. Told over the phone that the owner was letting family stay there (even though I'd booked and paid over 100), nothing could be done and I'd have to find somewhere else to stay. Clearly the business isn't run very well, disgustingly unprofessional.
