        What a fantastic service provided by Paul. He put new straps on both of my Tag Heuer watches and also gave them new batteries with a life time guarantee at a very good price too. I would personally highly recommend bringing your watch to Paul at the Bradgate Mall shop Beaumont Leys.

        Popped in last night with 2 watches that needed new pins in. The man working greeted me like i was the first customer of the day. Took one look at what i needed doing. Said "no problem give me a few minutes ". I asked if i could pop back as i needed to go to another store. Again "no problem ". 10 minutes later all done and perfect again. Great, genuine service from people who really care! Thank you.

        I went into the shop to have the battery replaced on my tag watch on the 4.6.22 The man said it will cost 54 pounds and you'll get one year guarantee When I explained that the tag watch was copy he turned round and says in that case then I will put it in the BIN When I explained to him you do not speak to your customers like that in front of other customers The man was very rude and he did not offer offer an apology I took my watch to a different shop and got the battery replaced no problem
