1. Waited 40 mins outside for key.
2. Only 1 bathroom where actually 2 bathrooms advertised. With 9 people to use one bathroom in morning this is highly inconvenient.
3. Stairs are awful, too narrow and dangerous for 2 old people and 3 active children.
4. Lots of visible mould and mouldy smell elsewhere. Had a 20-day child with us!
5. Several huge insect swat marks on ceiling, just left there! Few right next to bed headboard!
6. Cutlery not cleaned. Disgusting cups, dishes and spoons.
7. No hand towels to wipe hands with.
8. Beds uncomfortable and itchy - difficult to sleep with likelihood of bed bugs! And more! Unfit place to stay, health and safety hazard! Especially with young children and old persons.
