        Cannot get hold of manager or ANYBODY ELSE despite repeated calls - just awful service yet if you click callback for a quote they ring you immediately - disgusting service!

        I would have given no star if there was an option ... We have requested to uninstall alarm system 3 weeks ago, no update yet! Everytime we call customer service they say our manager will call you... same answer evertime.. Poor Service, not recommended...

        Its been 10 days of wasted promises and calls to customer services to get the system uninstalled after multiple issues with the products, still no contact, they have 3 different addresses for us and a random 020 number that the local branch say they are calling and not our actual mobile numbers. Complete failure of their processes and systems, avoid!
