Humberstone school is very poor I have 2 children that go there daughter gets slightly bullied and my son has done somethink wrong so we got a phone call with threats of calling socal services. Teachers should pay more attention to things and split children up if misbehaving but also lis ten to both children not 1. Also timing is poor

My children used to go to this school when they had a decent headteacher, he left and then things when downhill when the amateurs moved in. A poor school, where my children were picked on by other chidren,i had to make three compaints in order for it to stop. i found the teachers were running a business, always constantly sending nagging letters home baggering parent to make sure their children are in school because they obviously have targets to meet or need to look for another job. The school itself carried a bad atmosphere, not very friendly. A few teachers left and there were no notices to let parents know why they were leaving. Some were part of the furniture and left quietly. ive heard nothing good about this school and the parents i meet agree, their child doesnt like the school. Thank God my kids are out of there. Mr campbell the old headteacher was truly an asset to this school.they lost their school when they sent him packing. He knew all the kids names, made them laugh, made learning fun and rewarded them for their acheivements, the new executive headteacher A Williams cant be bothered to at least pretend like she cares about the kids future. its more about money than the children.

If I had the choice I would give the school 0 stars. Today I went to go pick up my half sister's brother. I had permission to pick him up from his mum who lives next door to me. I went to pick him up and said I was 16 as you need to be 16+ to pick up from infants. I picked up him brother who is in juniors they saw his brother aswell by the way. They said they will call the boys mum and ask permission for me to take him and take him to office for me to collect. So I waited. They called the boys mum had permission that I could take him yet saying I can't and I'm too young even though I'm old enough. I'm disgusted as I could not take him. I told the mother she was appalled of this so now they have to wait for the father to pick him up after work. The thing is an old friend of mine could pick her sibling up from infants perfectly and she's younger than me so why not let me?
