Subway

Used to come here all the time was great when it first opened, I ordered and Italian bmt cheese and toasted, after it was toasted it was left on the side for a good 10 minutes ended up cold so there was no point getting it toasted, asked for all of the salad and they missed out several items, told the lady about her mistake and she said she would give me a free cookie, I asked for the white chocolate one, get home to find out shed got that wrong aswell and gave me the chocolate chunk one, its not what it used to be, toilets are out of order and half the tables are broken just like most other subways in Leicester theyve all gone to s**t

First time at this branch. Had a voucher to use. Staff is good, didnt have to ask them to change gloves as they did themselves. Clean place, polite staff.

Turned up at 18:50 know the place closes at 19:00. Was given cold hard meat balls in a subway when they meant to be hot/warm. If you don't want to server customers up untill you close then you need to maybe tell customers that your closing earlier. Disappointed is an understatement. Will not be going to this subway again. 40 spent down the drain as kids would not eat it. Been to plenty of other subways and never been disappointed. Avoid the Wigston branch.
