I bought a pair of shoes for work and they arrived within two days. Brillaint. Shoes did not fit, so returned exactly as instructed. About two weeks later I received a message saying they had received the shoes. After a month I sent an email asking about my refund as I had received nothing further. After another two weeks of no reply I called them today. Apparently someone will get back to me within 24 hours. The person I spoke to practically hung up on me when I said I was not happy. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a pair of Cat Framework boots friday 12:30 pm paid extra for 1to 3 days delivery delivered the next day around 11am From ordering them to having them on my feet in less than 24 hours is a good service also got free Cat baseball cap and 3 pairs of Cat socks Boots really comfortable too highly recommend

Bought a pair of work shoes for my partner unfortunately when I received them they had a mark on the toe I contacted the company and a lady called Jane rang me and apologized and asked to send a pic which I did they said they had never encountered this before and apologized my partner wanted the shoes so I waited until he came home to see what he thought he asked me to return them and order a replacement pair I emailed Jane for a returns label and she said there was no need to return the scuffed pair but that she was sending a replacement pair out to me what a lovely thing to do! I cant fault this company at all and I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future

Don't order from here, footwear arrived and returned as didn't fit properly & I'm still awaiting a refund from over 12 months ago!!
