        Parking: On street parking only, can get busy at certain times. Wheelchair accessibility: OK to get in downstairs. Not possible upstairs as there is no lift.

        Mind blowing customer service. From the moment you walk in calm atmosphere smiling staff and very helpful . Breakfast was tasty place is clean and service waiting time amazing thank you great experience will deffo be back thank you much appreciated place to relax the mind. Attended on the 15/04/2023

        Usually my friends and I love this place: good food, great coffee, impeccable service. But we went there for yesterday and I think we had the worst service experience weve had in all of Leicester: waiters were rude, they did not try to accommodate us and asked us to switch places multiple times in ill-mannered ways. We understand that they might have not wanted students studying in their cafe but that was no way to be treated. They could have been way nicer. We dont know if that was a one time thing, but we really felt unwanted.
