Worst customer service from the restaurant i ordered food before Ramadan but I was charged more than the said amount in the receipt while I was ordering I talked to one of the staff at the restaurant they said to cancel and reorder the same once I did that they charged for both the orders and the store was closed for Ramadan so was not able to talk to the staff, after Eid when I try contacting them they said they cannot process refund and the order was a month back so I have to contact Uber, I already contacted Uber and they said to sort out with the restaurant itself. The staff at the restaurant was rude pretended as if they dont understand what I am trying to say and were clearly not interested in the issue or to sort the issue out if they dont want to refund they can clearly say no there was no use in making excuses and acting unknown of the ordering issues which was not helping. Will never ever order again!! Worst customer service expectation!!! Dont excuse on emotional issues there are no emotional issue my husband was taking nicely and slowly because you have language issues all the discussion were made in clear language and rationally, I was angry because at the time of cancellation it was not us cancelling it was one of your staff who trusted on us and cancelled that for us to replace it and assure us of the refund that is why I got angry because I had a trust on the restaurant and the staff who spoke to me priorly, so please dont excuse on small things and make cover for it! Because when I prior talk to Uber it clearly told us to talk to the restaurant to sort the issue out. Also you were clearly not calm or patient the time since I started talking to you when you didnt know the issue you were rude already that became another reason for me getting angry and upset. Also, I am not a fool to cry for free money I have done frequent orders from your restaurant why will I waste my time for 18 pounds of free money, I was clearly charged and Uber refund polices are lenient already but they asked to sort out with merchant.
