The food was nice but we waited 50 minutes for our lunch. We followed this up with the waiter to see where it was. At no point did anyone apologise for the delay or offer any compensation. We weren't told there was a long wait on food when we sat down. Drinks took ages to come, which we finished before lunch arrived. No one asked us if if we'd like a second drink. Far from attentive. Wouldn't rush back.

Hash browns were served frozen in the middle, we sent them back, and they were prepared again and were still frozen in the middle. I no longer felt comfortable or safe to eat any of the food as it was ill-prepared twice in a row. The manager said that it was against their policy to give a refund and that he would prepare it again. Atrocious customer service and attitude overall.

Horrible service. Menu looks fantastic but we didn't get to try it. After waiting for 20 mins to be served we finally asked the staff if they could take our order. We have been told someone will come in 5 mins. After another 15 mins we have left without being served. Meanwhile the staff had time to walk around the restaurant holding salt and pepper cluelessly and taking the phone calls while on the floor.
