        Big fan of grounded kitchen normally. Unfortunately every time I go to the fosse park branch I seem to have issues. They are slow and extremely incompetent. My second time with a problem , the first time they forgot about my order after being told it would be 20 mins I ended up waiting almost AN HOUR because they forgot. The staff are rude and you can tell they have no clue what is going on. They regularly stop taking orders to catch up with cleaning or other supposed reasons hours before their closing time. Really frustrating and its just disappointing as I have been frequenting GK since uni days and their first branch opening on queens road!!

        Ordered delivery through deliveroo. Took a long time to come and was stone cold as a consequence. I had a chicken wrap that had very little chicken, a few flakes that looked like cat food. Wrap itself was cold and soggy. My wifes prawn nourish bowl was good. The pancakes with Nutella were cold, soggy and chewy. Would have been disappointing at half the price and for what you actually pay its a complete rip off.
