Serenity Therapy Centre

Booked in a massage for 6.30pm and then received a text saying to come for 6.40pm. We arrived for 6.30pm and waited - 6.40pm we went to the door, which was locked. We waited 2/3 mins and tried to ring the number, no answer. Rang again 5 mins after, no answer. We have now currently been sat in the car for over 25 mins, still no answer and not even a message or call from this place to apologise or to let us know theyre cancelling. Very very annoying and unprofessional.

I texted for an appointment, told that they would prefer an appointment for 7pm so I agreed and booked under the name Marcus for 30min with extras. The masseuses available were Lia, Nora, Sasha and Amanda. Texted if they accepted card an hour before, didnt get a reply but I went anyways. Now I arrive at the place and around 5min before 7, I am told that they made a mistake and want me to do 7:20pm. I explain how and why it would be an inconvenience for me to wait since it had now affected plans I had(considering they told me to do 7pm on the dot) and I would appreciate if I was at least be given a discount like 25 instead of 30. If they had said sorry no I would accepted. Instead I waited 5min, they never replied so I went off, now when Ive driven off, they tell me to come 10min after, and luckily I wasnt far. I told them I had left because they aired me (again) which I criticised and I was told to stop arguing and come in. After a back and forth, the appointment was cancelled, I stated that all I wanted was a simple professional response from the start and called them unprofessional, in which they didnt take too well saying they gave me an offer (they didnt) and when I asked what offer they gave me, they started being insulting towards me. Just pure unprofessionalism throughout.
