I started working for this company yesterday, I was asked to go to their office for 1 day to meet/greet also HR on boarding. None of this happened no meet or greet no HR I was asked to look at some careplans of individuals from Dudley. While this was going on there was the owner talking to the police regarding illegal staff,and staff not doing thier job,not visiting people as they should,clients families calling up asking why his father's care was not delivered. No zction from the owners was taken,as they are recruited by themselves from Romania. I was left to sit in the office with nothing to do for long periods. My role was manager of the new Swindon branch,but no information was given to me. Then I was told I had to stay another night in Liecster without notice,when I refused they said its my choice ,no support no compromise, so I left.
