Neil worked very closely with me from the moment I applied for one of his jobs. He was honest and pushed me towards another job that he thought would best suit me, I originally applied for a payroll job, he thought I could do much better staying in accounting. Every day he checked in with me, helped me improve my CV and helped me to prepare for interviews. He managed to get me about 4 interviews within 2 weeks and advised me through my decisions. Will definitely be working with Neil again if/when I decide to move on from my current job!

I dont usually give reviews on anything, but it would be remiss of me not to offer my opinion on this absolutely fantastic company and fantastic people working in it, they actually care about the individual and you are not just a number. I found RECfinancial, on Linked in and job adverts on Indeed and that was the start of a great journey. Having applied for a role and my contact details were received by Neil, he swiftly contacted me, requesting my requirements and took every little detail given. RECfinancial and specifically Neil, who assisted me, went above and beyond to ensure that I was placed into a new role as soon as possible. RECfinancial differs because the team work tirelessly behind the scenes giving you the confidence that the right role will be acquired and that it would suit ME and not just a role they wanted to fill.
