I worked very closely with Lee Loakes throughout the whole employment and recruitment process. What can I say! He went by far above and beyond every single step of the way! Lee was just a phone call away and always happy to talk. Guided me through the whole process and helped me prepare for my interviews, i felt so confident under his guidance. Communication is key in this sector, there wasnt a single point in time where I wasnt kept up to date and well informed even with feedback post interview.
