Great service. Lynsey is lovely, easy to talk to a lovely person. She makes you feel comfortable! She's great at her job would highly recommend her service!

My 12 year old son has been seeing Julia for a couple of months due to anxiety after starting secondary school. He felt comfortable speaking with her straightaway and he has been able to use the tools she has given him. He is now back in school regularly. I can't recommend My Solution Wellbeing and Julia highly enough

This has been my first time trying counselling. Going through grieving, I didnt think I was going to ever feel better but from my first session with Diane I felt so much better. Shes been absolutely amazing to the point Im now starting to feel like myself again. Life can be hard, busy and changing I also recommend My Solution Wellbeing to everyone that needs a bit of guidance and emotional support.

My solution well-being is life changing. My therapist jackie has been so amazing. Ive tried a few therapists before her and they were never as attentive or helpful as she has been. Shes helped me make such huge changes to my life and my life has honestly improved since. Shes so easy to talk to and she gives great advice. I feel comfortable and safe to say whatever is on my mind in her sessions. She has given me so much support and i am so glad i have her as my therapist. I always leave her feeling much better compared to when i walked in. I would definitely recommend her without a doubt!
