Can I not give a star? Because that what this company deserves for the service. Totally agree with the other bad reviews. The gate issue still ongoing for our block of flats. Despite issues previously which pointed out their poor communication with tenants they did not improve. Very poor managment skills.

ULPM is a mistake they take the money for doing nothing. Problems are reported but they don't do anything with that. They do not reply on the e-mail. They are completely useless, they are not interested in anything, except checking whether the money has come to the account. I'm in shock!!! Avoid Like the Plague!

Very bad experience. This management company is one big mistake. Any reported issue is not resolved. Staff doesn't know what is doing. On top of this they asked me to pay for something that is already included in the service charge. They are being paid in advance so are not bothering about dealing with issues. Someone need to do something about it as currently it is only waste our service fees.

Cannot thank the management company enough, they contact you back straight away and do resolve problems when needed, thank you ever so much to Jade and Jill for making my time easy while in one of the blocks.
