This is the worst company to work with. When you get your flat, half the things will not be working and everything is dirty. If you raise any concerns, their response is that it is your job to fix it. Do not make the same mistake like I did in leasing student flat from this horrible company.

My place got cancelled last minute and I contacted Westmanor to find out if they have something available and the girls at the office were so helpful and got me an apartment within a day and I moved in without any issues. One of the best letting companies around.

DO NOT bother renting through this company. Extremely rude and disinterested staff. Happy to take money and not provide service. Flat filthy upon moving in day. Whole day spent waiting around for cleaners to arrive. Westmanor blamed the cleaners but they said they had only just been issued the job. I believe the cleaners. Several issues which have not been resolved, despite multiple emails, all have which have been ignored. Now the flat has a rat infestation which is not being taken seriously. Left for several days with rodent in the property which is a serious health concern. Look.elsdwhere and DO NOT touch these letting agents.

Do not go with these guys for student accommodation - just as the other one star reviews below have said, you will be scammed of your money at the end of your tenancy for no reason. Not to mention, the incredibly rude and unprofessional staff at the London Rd office. You will likely experience months without internet in your building without any assistance whatsoever from the staff. These people will scam you of your money and thats all.

Westmanor provide one of the best price to size ratios in the city. While the team are understanding, compassionate, and resolve all issues as quick as possible. In particular, Amii and Shannon to important members of this amazing team work tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly and are very committed to ensuring every tenant is well taken care of and in a good environment to effectively complete their studies. This commitment and outstanding customer service is why I would highly recommend Westmanor Student Living to all future students attending university in Leicester.
