I wouldn't recommend them at all took ages to get repairs sorted then took my money at the end and had the audacity to say I hadnt cleaned the house before I left baring in mind I put so much into the house. Proper picking at people for money wouldn't waste a breath on them. Soon to say how nice the house is on inspections but stab you in the back when you leave, wish I had ripped out all the improvements now before I left and actually left the house in the state it was passed over. Despicable and poor excuse for a letting agent!

I had been a tenant for 6 years with Oaktree and they were brilliant. Always dealt with issues promptly and helped whenever I needed it. At the end of the tenancy they were really helpful and returning the full deposit after my deep cleaning of the flat was a welcomed action. I can only recommend.

We leased off oaktree for roughly 5 years and never once had an issue with them, whenever there was a problem they resolved it asap! Friendly staff that genuinely cared. Would highly recommend using them.
