They should be ashamed to be scamming students out of fees. They never handed my room to me cleaned and then forced me to pay a cleaning fee at the end of my tenancy for basic cleaning which would be the bare minimum required of any landlord before leasing a property to someone else. They are using these end of tenancy cleaning scams which are the duty of the landlord to make previous students pay for cleaning before handing over the room to a new student. Shameful.

WARNING: at the start of term West Manor offers their tenants a chance to win a 50 amazon voucher if they leave a good google review....so I'm not sure how trustworthy any positive word is here. I wasn't that desperate to lie for a voucher especially when the whole entire flat we moved into last September was practically falling down around us. They are only "polite" or responsive when they want you to sign a contract with them and to pay rent of course. Other than that complaints and maintenance issues are dealt with at a snails pace. My advice to anyone that has come to read these reviews is there are other better options of places to live in Leicester, save yourself the hassle and headache and go somewhere else because West Manor don't care about their tenants nor do they deserve any more money, when they put no money into the maintenance of their properties and only take the CHEAP route for EVERYTHING. Worst experience with any letting agency. I could write a list of at least 30 problems we had living there in one academic year. Or you should search them on twitter or other social media platforms and see how many people suffer while living with them.

they were so friendly and really helpful staff! They made my life so much easier when I was moving into my apartment! Really organised as well and by far the best student living organisation Ive been in contact with!

Definitely one of the worst letting agencies for students in Leicester and also has fake reviews be careful.
