Shocking customer service - everything seems great whilst they woo you with super fast responses and helping you choose an item for branding, once they have your money and you try and follow up for a refund (all the printing on our keyrings rubbed off like cheap pencil within a day of having the keyring), they are nowhere to be found, won't take your calls, and are refusing to communicate. I shall be escalating my complaint to Trading Standards as I fear I have said goodbye to my money and have a worthless set of branded merch I am embarrassed to even "think" about giving to my clients. Avoid at all costs.....

We recently placed an order with them, and the products arrived very quickly and in great quality! We're very satisfied with the service received, and Adam Gardiner was very helpful with the order, and very patient with my questions and any changes made.

It took a while for our new business to build the funds to buy our first batch of merchandise. We settled on Everything Branded because they agreed to beat the price of a competitor. We were pretty excited to open up the mugs when they arrived but....they were the wrong colour. Doesn't sound much, but we'd taken a good while to settle on a product and colour that matched our brand and to not receive what we'd ordered is more than annoying. Although the quotation Everything Branded sent us included confirmation of the colour we requested they have blamed us on the problem and refused to help, even going as far as saying that they're not told of the colour choice of a product when a customer makes an order or requests a quote. Quite ridiculous. So, after spending over 1000, a huge investment for us, we're left with a product that we don't want, and the subsequent complaints process has been even more painful than the rest. No responsibility taken at their end, no compromise, a rubbish end to what should have been an exciting step for our little project. If you're a small business that doesn't have money to lose, I can't recommend Everything Branded. Dealing with them has left us with 250 mugs that we'll find hard to sell, and a general bad taste from poor - even accusatory - customer service. You know the 'customer is always right' mantra? It doesn't apply with this bunch. I'm always happy to share the ins and outs (and communication) with anyone considering going through these guys. I write this review because I don't want anyone else to be as disappointed as we are. Now, I'm off to try and sell hundreds of mugs that we don't want. Argh!

Purchased a work order for 100 branded USBs (attached image choice of USB). The product delivered was brilliant giving us a large stock of branded USBs to issue out. The time from start to finish was within a week (design / order / payment and delivery). The USBs work really well and the branded is crisp and lasts; I have one thats been in use for ages (from a previous order) and its logo isn't even slightly tarnished 3 years on.

We recently purchased our first order from Everything Branded and since then, we have ordered numerous times! Mik has provided an excellent customer service and has ensured we receive products on time, even when we have given little notice. He has also been really helpful in advising and recommending products to us. We will definitely be ordering from Everything Branded again soon! Highly recommend!
