No reply to my email for over a week. After calling up, I was told this needs to be passed on to another team and they will get back to me. Within minutes I got an email saying they have no capacity. Clearly they weren't interested in the business. Appalling customer service. If there was no capacity surely the business manager would have known this already on the phone. Waste of time.

Hadn't used these guys before, they offered very transparent & fair pricing online. Got in touch and was offered a great service by Rae & the team to get a last minute order shipped over before an exhibition. Great quality product and will be using these guys again.

Although we didn't end up purchasing anything from Mojo due to internal setbacks, the service we received throughout was excellent and Emily was as efficient as possible when it came to sourcing items and finding solutions. We will definitely be using them in the future.

First time using Mojo Promotions. I ordered some notebooks and pens, the products were a lot better than I expected. Arrived on time with fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend!!!

I have dealt with Mojo more times than I could count over the last few years and only have good things to say! Nothing is every too much, regardless of how obscure the project is. Couldn't recommend Tom & the Mojo team more!
