        Usually long ques most of the day and only ever seen one person working the counter even when you see more then one employee. You would think when the que is really big the other person could open another window and help to get the que down. Don't try and do something with limited time as you will be waiting a while. But staff are helpful once you managed to get served.

        It's such a shame that our community post office is such an absolute mess. There's only one person serving now and I've never seen him not on a phone call which is ironic as he doesn't seem like the chatty type Having only one person makes even short queues take absolutely ages, and that's if you're even lucky enough to go in when it happens to be open which is like a game of Russian Roulette - with only one person working there it closes for 30 mins over lunch time, and toilet breaks which isn't advertised on Google. Sometimes you'll get there way ahead of closing, wait for 15 mins and then be told to leave because you won't be served. And NOW they are closed on Saturday. So good luck if you work in the week and don't drive. You now don't have a post office service you can use unless you take a day off work.
