Fabulous post office run by a lovely couple. They have always gone above and beyond for me.

Have asked for first class postage on many occasions, they overcharge by putting parcel through as before 1pm delivery. Similar thing with letters, asking for second class stamp and they charge first class

Sorry to leave a negative review but unfortunately this establishment is not a very nice place to visit the owner is clearly a small independent family type run place but sadly the female owner tries to be very friendly and helpful whilst a male owner seems to be up his own you know what clearly has a superiority complex clearly enjoys belittling his customers and clearly has no idea of how to put a smile on any customers faces sadly for me on The first occasion that I visited I was talked down to and patronised and spoken to in the most condescending manner which in itself I didnt think much of and didnt bother to leave a review of any sort however I had to visit again some months later and had exactly the same experience and I had to visit yet again some months later and now this is my final ever time of going here Id rather not post anything at all or miss out on what I need than be treated and spoken to in this manner what a shame as places like this area need shops like this and shops like this need more business to surviveBut unfortunately Mr chip on the shoulder has made this impossible for me and anyone I speak to through word-of-mouth what a shame

Thank you so much to the male post officer today for saving me loose 300 in a scam, lucky to have a local post office that cares about the community
