        I have been to this post office today to collect my parcel and waited unnecessarily for long time while the person in the counter clear the queue. When I asked why I have to wait for a long time the person replied shut up and Im living in this country for long time He behaved racially and I recommend this post office to be a very bad place where you will experience bad customer service and bad behaviour.

        Unbelievably unprofessional with zero focus on customer service. Long queues whilst management are on the phone discussing non work related issues and ignoring customers. Constantly making mistakes with service requests, have had to step in on numerous occasions to question and correct. Disgusting & dirty premises that looks like its never been cleaned. Foul odour throughout. Hostile attitudes if challenged on any aspect of behaviour or business practices, have seen customers shouted at. Messy and dis-organised feel to the place. AVOID.
