        The customer service system really needs to be changed/improved. I have tried to call the office to ask a question about a parcel that I need to send, and after 2 whole minutes of waiting for someone to pick up, they hung up on me. Lazy and useless.

        I wanted to thank one worker who was working on 4th Feb at the currency exchange till for making sure I input the correct address!! Without her I would've sent my letter with a wrong address, thank you...
