        I was waiting for my parcel, i have not been to work as the parcel is very important for me, and driver lied that he attempt to deliver parcel but no one at home. Totally disappointed and now not recieving any responce from customer services.

        Went to get BRP on 06/04/2023, and the lady on the counter Nikita mem behaviors very lovely, helpful nature and also behave politely so i definitely said that i have received the most loveliest service and the helpfulness and level of lovely behavior i received was amazing service.         Today we had to come to this post office to pick up BRP for my sister in law. At the till the lady (so called Boss), was so rude and refused to listen to our queries as we have only 5 days to pick up the BRP and she said to come back after 2 WEEKS! You need Customer Care Training my dear!
