        Usually a lovely place the tall white gent with glasses is always a delight to speak to.. well spoken and is the only reason Im giving this place any stars at all. But my oh my, the old short white grumpy lady is so so rude, I think she should take her retirement earlier than sooner. Her customer service skills are terrible. I initially joined the post office queue as I had a small parcel with a pre paid label attached. I was waiting 10+ mins as someone was having some currency exchanged so as I got to the front she called me over to her till and said she can serve me. I said thank you for serving me I have my new puppy alone in the car. And the state of this woman she replied thats your problem isnt it. Shes lucky I havent made a formal complaint and escalated this with the ombudsman as its not the first time shes made snide remarks. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

        Great staff, super helpful. I used the wrong QR code to post a parcel, but didnt realise until Id left. Next morning they dug it out for me and corrected my mistake. Thanks to Julie and Carole service with a smile!!
