Charged nearly 1200 and then left the toilet still broken. My wife paid them much to my chagrin, even though we needed to get a plumber to complete the repair for a further 138. Oth. er handy people and builders said the could do the repair for 600 but their glossy Saniflo website fooled me into thinking I would get a premium service. The engineer flooded the bathroom, left dirty towels all over it. When I emailed my friend concerns they were too busy to reply 1200 for less than an hours work, toilet still not working. Much of today spent clearing up after them. Words fail me. Service: Toilet repair

Our 1 year old Saniflow was making so much noise it was waking up the neighbours. I rang another Saniflow specialist who was away and she recommended these experts. They were able to come out next day, gave quote over the phone and replaced the unit with a new one which was quieter - in fact, so quiet that it sounds like a regular toilet. From start to finish the service we received we exceptional. They understood the time pressures we had and move things around to get someone to us.
